Our mix of senior level engineers and young engineers has been intentionally structured so that we employ at least one professional engineer for each EIT. This allows 1-on- 1 mentoring, encouraging more rapid employee growth while also ensuring senior level involvement during all phases of the project. Each member of our firm understands the schedule driven nature of the construction business and the associated pressure to perform at a high level and at a high speed. Consequently, we recognize the importance of our firm’s consistent performance on every project. In order to perform at the highest possible level on a consistent basis, we believe it is important to balance work, play and fitness.….occasional ping-pong tournaments may break out and in 2018, we will be getting together once a quarter, as a firm, for some good ol’ fashioned R&R outside of the office setting!
